OverviewCurrently, Paul's research focuses on the strategic uses of information systems to create new organizational capabilities and leverage existing capabilities. Specifically it focuses on the abilities of new evolving information systems to impact and leverage stakeholder relationships. The primary research areas of interest include: e-commerce, portals, interorganizational systems, and interorganizational relationships. Paul's dissertation, Organizational Strategies to Address Stakeholders: A Customer Portal Perspective, provides the foundation for a steady stream of research into how portal technologies are changing organizational relationships. The results of Paul's previous research endeavors have resulted in several journal publications and numerous conference presentations and proceedings.
